This autonomy allows us to stay true to our core values while working with absolute freedom, transparency, and honesty. But in the real world, ineluctably driven by money, it also greatly limits our ability to take action. From server maintenance to the third-class train ticket taking us to a remote village for recording, everything we do entails cash… and, of course, beyond that necessary evil, something incalculably more valuable: time.
