Martín Haro
Co-founder & Producer

Martín was born in Montevideo and has also lived in Barcelona and New York.
Since he was a child, he has been fascinated by the power of audio as an ideal medium for telling stories, communicating emotions, and generating empathy. For this reason, his professional life has always revolved around music, sound, and impact stories.
He participated in the second cohort of the Podcast Certificate Program by the New York Mayor's Office of Media and Entertainment. He also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and a Ph.D. in Information, Communication, and Audiovisual Media Technologies.

Ricard Franch Hernández
Co-founder & Producer

A child of the pre-Olympic Barcelona, Ricard has felt captivated by the art of storytelling ever since he can remember. He has been lucky enough to work in multiple facets of this immense creative field, from journalism, scriptwriting and linguistic transcreation to gaming, interaction design and VR experiences. Plus, he likes to include in the “storytelling” category his tenure as professional stage musician.
His latest project before joining Plan H Media was the 360º video documentary Road to Lóvua, filmed for UNHCR in a refugee settlement next to the border between Angola and the Democratic Republic of the Congo. Ricard gets easily mesmerized by the splendour of nature and cultural diversity, and loves to roam around capturing human stories and strange, beautiful sounds.
